Step into the enchanting world of Aurora and Nick as they navigate a Halloween engagement session filled with unexpected snow, a charming morkie named Kai, and heartwarming moments. Despite initial nerves, this sweet couple embraced the snowy surprise, creating memories that reflected their true bubbly and adorable selves.
The Meet-Cute at Bellin Hospital:
Nick and Aurora's story began at Bellin Hospital, where they both worked as CNAs. Initially resistant to a work relationship, Aurora eventually gave in to Nick's persistent pursuit. Their first "hangout" at Starbucks, which Aurora humorously insisted on for safety reasons, turned into a night of endless conversation, sparking a connection that would lead to love.
Proposal Shenanigans:
Nick's proposal plan involved cleverly pretending he couldn't afford it while secretly orchestrating a surprise. Coordinating with Aurora's mom, they concocted a plan to get her dressed up under the guise of being a wedding date for a cousin's ceremony. However, Aurora unknowingly altered the plan when she expressed her desire for an intimate, camera-free moment. On their 3-year anniversary, Nick surprised her with flowers, heartfelt words, and a proposal that left her both shocked and overjoyed.
The Engagement Session Vision:
Aurora and Nick, both working in a hospital environment, opted for an engagement session featuring water features. Though initially nervous about being in front of the camera, they expressed a desire for a loose, fun atmosphere, trusting in the photographer's artistic expression.
On Halloween, the couple, accompanied by their six-month-old morkie Kai, embarked on their engagement adventure. The first snow of the season added a magical touch to Fun Ferrick, where flowing water complemented the snowy landscape. Kai's playful excitement and snuggly demeanor added an extra layer of joy to the session.
Recreating Memories and Moments:
Choosing a long engagement, Aurora and Nick took their time planning their October wedding for the following year. Wequiock Falls held sentimental value as they recreated images from an earlier phase in their relationship. Navigating rocks in a creek bed, they shared proud moments and expressions of love, showcasing their genuine and adorable connection.
Looking Forward to the Wedding:
As the engagement session unfolded, Aurora and Nick expressed excitement about their upcoming wedding. Music selections with DJ Alton from Some Fire DJ added a fun touch to their planning process, allowing them to envision the soundtrack to different parts of their special day.
Aurora and Nick's sweet Halloween engagement session, filled with unexpected snow, sweet puppy moments, and heartfelt connections, was a magical prelude to their upcoming wedding. The couple's genuine love and willingness to embrace the unexpected created an atmosphere of warmth and joy. Cheers to Aurora and Nick, a couple whose love story continues to unfold with surprises and delightful moments.
