Kylee + Jarrad’s Joyful Fall Wedding at Black Sheep in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Some weddings are simply unforgettable—not just because of the beautiful details or the epic dance floor (though this one had both), but because of the couple at the center of it all. Kylee and Jarrad’s September wedding at Black Sheep Weddings & Events was a day that radiated joy, laughter, and the kind of love that makes everyone around them feel like family.

The Most Fun Kind of Morning

The day started in the best way: with music, laughter, and a full-on dance party in the bridal suite. Kylee was surrounded by her best people as she slipped into her lace wedding gown—timeless and flowing, the perfect match for her romantic spirit. There was a buzz in the air, the kind of excitement that makes time feel like it’s flying and standing still all at once.

Just down the way, Jarrad was getting ready with his crew, buttoning up his suit and adjusting his custom cufflinks, calm but beaming. Before the ceremony, the two shared a quiet moment hand-in-hand around the corner—no peeking, just steadying each other’s nerves and soaking in what was about to unfold.

Vows That Made Everyone Tear Up

Their ceremony was held outdoors beneath a clear blue sky, framed by a floral arch from Bee Wed Floral and surrounded by the late-summer greens of Wisconsin. Kylee’s bridesmaids wore steel blue dresses, and the groomsmen looked dapper in gray suits that pulled everything together beautifully.

But it was the vows that really stole the show—completely unplanned, both Kylee and Jarrad ended up writing nearly identical promises to each other. There wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd. It was one of those moments that made everyone believe in soulmates.

Cheers, Cross Country Meets, and Unexpected Applause

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails on Black Sheep’s charming patio while we headed to UWGB’s campus for wedding party portraits. We had scouted a gorgeous field ahead of time, but in true Kylee + Jarrad fashion, we arrived to find a full-blown cross country meet happening. Did it throw us off? Not a chance.

We found a quiet spot, and in between cheers from runners and spectators, we captured some of the most joy-filled, hilarious, and beautiful images of the day. It was one of those perfectly imperfect moments we’ll all remember.

Reception Magic + A Minor Ring Mishap

Inside the reception space, pops of blue, soft eucalyptus greens, and candlelight created a cozy and classic vibe. Every detail was so thoughtfully chosen—it felt like a reflection of Kylee and Jarrad’s love: intentional, warm, and full of heart.

And because no great story is complete without a little chaos, Jarrad managed to lose his wedding ring during cocktail hour. Cue nervous laughs, a full venue search, and one very heroic groomsman who found it in the men’s bathroom (legend status).

Dancing into the Night

Kylee and Jarrad kicked off the party with a choreographed first dance that had everyone cheering. From there, the night unfolded with heartfelt toasts, good food, wild dance moves, and so much love in every corner of the room. It was one of those receptions where you just knew—no one wanted the night to end.

Here’s to the Sweetest Start

Kylee and Jarrad, thank you for letting us be part of your story. You two bring joy wherever you go, and your wedding was the perfect celebration of who you are—fun-loving, deeply connected, and absolutely made for each other.

Here’s to all the adventures ahead (and maybe a ring tracker, just in case 😉). We’re cheering you on every step of the way.

With so much love,

Kimmy
