Christina + Kyle’s Engagement Session at Parallel 44 Vineyard & Winery

When KLEM Studios associate photographer Krista asked Christina and Kyle why they decided to start their engagement session at Parallel 44 Vineyard & Winery, Christina and Kyle explained that it was a spot where they felt connected. They love tasting the wine—they truly just love wine—and experiencing the atmosphere as they spend quality time with each other.

Definitely not used to being in front of the camera, Christina and Kyle enjoyed a bit of wine and chatted about their excitement for the session and their wedding, while we enjoyed savory cinnamon rolls. The people at Parallel 44 were supportive, understanding, and incredibly generous.

The rain relentlessly drizzled outside on the wet, misty day, but that did not stop Christina and Kyle from becoming comfortable in front of the camera as we walked around the gorgeous vineyard for a bit. A warm, golden yellow Italian Style structure, enhanced by the fall colors, created a beautiful backdrop for Christina and Kyle to snuggle up by. They were troopers, ready to try anything suggested, rocking the session, and having fun despite the mist.

Having brought along different pre-planned and matching outfits for the day (very smart!), Christina and Kyle changed and we left the relaxing vineyard for the wilderness of Fonferek's Glen. Exploring the trails for the first time, Christina and Kyle shared a little more about themselves, including how they both enjoy watching scary movies, and spending time with their puppy, which they love very, very much, but decided not to bring along due to all the excitement.

Down by the waterfall, the water level was too high to venture close, but Christina and Kyle were calm and ready for anything. They joked around, laughed, and teased each other to inch closer and closer to the falls, showing their fiery side.

Christina and Kyle have so much energy, and after becoming comfortable in front of the camera, were open for anything. They had fun with each other, enjoyed being in the moment, and got a little crazy here and there with laughter. Congratulations Christina and Kyle! It was such an honor to be a part of this incredible milestone in your lives!

Much love and appreciation,

Kate (and Krista!)
