Are you ready to feel in control of your time? | Guest Blog by Christine Williams | Holistic Transformational Coach

A quick note from Kate

Christine is an amazing female entrepreneur that I am so lucky to call a friend. We are connected through our coaching program, and had the opportunity to meet in person at a retreat in Savannah, Georgia earlier this year. While there, we took advantage of the gorgeous backdrop the city provided to updated her brand photos. It was such a joy to spend quality time with Christine! As a Holistic Transformational Coach, Christine is full of so much valuable knowledge so I asked her to share some tips for you amazing women.

Are you done feeling like you don’t have enough time in a day?

Are you ready to start feeling like you are being productive and intentional with your time?

I’m Christine Williams, a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Transformational Coach for Women Entrepreneurs and women who lead. The women I work with often feel like they have to push harder, stretch themselves more, give more, and DO MORE in order to achieve abundance. They give and they give and they give and they give, yet they feel like they’re running in circles. They work and they try so hard, but they still feel overwhelmed, full of doubt and they aren’t quite experiencing the freedom or abundance they deeply desire.

But feeling free and in control of your time is easier than you might think.

Here are some tips to help you naturally connect to your work, your life, your relationships and yourself – and invite more abundance, freedom and flow into your life.

  • Look at your calendar for the next 7 days. What’s one activity you’ve committed to that you can cancel?

  • Look at your to-do list. What’s one item you can delegate to someone else in the next 24 hours?

  • Consider your schedule today. Where can you fit in 20 minutes for yourself — where you’re not taking care of anyone else or being “productive”—so you can just relax and play and do something mindless?

  • Look at your calendar for tomorrow. Where can you fit in a 10-minute walk or Frisbee toss in your backyard? The fresh air and movement will help you cope waaay better with stress.

Taking time for you is actually the smartest and most effective way to create success and show up as your A+ version and give from your heart, instead of the D- version just trying to survive. Imagine if you were able to move through life with flow and ease instead of overwhelm, self-doubt and burnout. How would your life change? What about your relationships? Your business?
